We had an amazing summer down on the waterfront at West Mersea and we hope you enjoyed learning about safe crabbing and keeping plastic out of the sea.
Normally when winter approaches we head into deeper water, dig into the mud and do very little until it gets warm again. Some of us can travel up to 9 miles along the coast in 6 months, but we've only gone about a mile up the road to spend the winter at the School Sea Garden.
Keep an eye out for news for another fantastic project in 2019!

"The March wind roars, like a lion in the sky, and makes us shiver as he passes by.
When winds are soft, and the days are warm and clear, just like a gentle lamb, then spring is here."-
